CMC HelpDesk responsibility (First Line Of Support) is to receive,retrieve,resolution of all calls from internal Users of CMC Zawiercie S.A or forward to proper Support Groups - second and third line of support (Service, Applications, Infrastructure)
All CMC Users should call/email all IT issues to CMC HelpDesk Group concerning: questions, requests about granting/changing rights to network share/printers, issues with hardware, network, applications and IT systems.

2. After a few seconds we will hear introduction in English – during that, please press one ( 1 ) on your phone keyboard – then we will be able to hear Polish introduction, and after few seconds HelpDesk Agent will be happy to help You with your issues.
